Broly definately wins. Think about it. King Vegeta nearly killed Paragus with one blast. I doubt Paragus could've gotten much stronger over the years because he had his hands full with Broly. He would'nt have time to train or anything. If King Vegeta nearly killed him with one blast, imagine what Broly could do to him.

You fail to realise that gives Paragus a major Zenkai. Theres still no evidence to prove Base Broly >> Paragus; as Paragus won the struggle against Base Broly. For all we know Broly's Base is just 10, 000 or even less, when it was issued his power level was elevated as he was crying. Son Goku states rage feuls strength.

*Sigh* Nothing suggest Paragus received a Zenkai. Nothing! If Paragus received a Zenkai Broly would receive one too. More why would Broly base with the power to go SSj be weaker than 10.000 or weaker than a Saiyan that can't go into SSj? Your view doesn't make any sense I must say.

Anyways, Broly has enough strength to kill Paragus. Even as a kid, Broly was almost able to kill him, hence the scar.

Don't sigh at me dude, use your common sense use your logic. Paragus said he was left for dead. That gives Saiyans a Zenkai; near death experiances. Basically I'm saying that when Broly's power level was stated it was elevated (Son Goku states rage fuels strength). Chibi Son Gohan went from a very low power level in times of anger to a extremely high one; due to Son Goku's constant crying Broly may have done the same.
-I'm trying to show you other views as you won't accept that Paragus managed to pwn Base Broly.
-The fact still remains Broly cannot control his onw power level.

A pwncake. Seriously, Paragus couldn't have gotten much stronger over the years. He had his hands full with Broly's constant outbursts. When would he have time to train? And even with a near-death power up, Broly was 10,000 at birth and Paragus couldn't control him. Broly was constantly becoming more and more powerful. He would rip Paragus to pieces even in base form.

I imagine your being ignorant here. As you should realize its Movie 8: Dragon Ball Z: Burn Up!! A Close, Intense, Super-Fierce Battle.Broly cannot control his power as his an ill tempered Saiyan with a lot of power, though he has power he cannot control it.

He hardly has any power anyway, think about it.

When Broly was a child crying, he was crying because of Son Goku. In theory he was angry as was explained in the movie. It drove him crazy. Till this day his crazy nothing changed, the move shows him crazy even before the mind control device was placed upon him. Paragus placed it on his head because he was scared of his Super Saiyan powers and self control of it. Broly never said he was scared of Broly as a child when his power level was ten thousadn did he? No.
It's probably even lower than that. Yes its the same scenario with Son Gohan. When angry his power level flourishes like Son Gohan in numerous circumstances from his early childhood. Argh my time is short I'll have to conclude this post for now. Until tommorow, where I'll try to answer all questions concerning this post and this thread verse where Broly would loose.
