I'd give it to the Juniors.

I don't see to much of a difference between their power but 2 on 3 negates the Ki draining net advantage.

I agree mostly. I would place the Junior slightly higher in power, though. And since they have a "man advantage", they shouldn't have any trouble.

I would have to go with the Cell Jrs. they seem to be stronger than USSJ Vegeta or Trunks, where as Zangya and Bujin were a little weaker than SSJ Trunks.

The Cell Jrs were able to keep strife with SSj Vegeta and SSj Trunks, while Bujin Bido, and Zangya used a lot of ki nets in order to subdue them. But really, basing their power off their initiative to use the ki nets against the Super Saiyans in Movie 9 would most likely be inaccurate. We don't know exactly what their power level is, but judging from their battle with MSSj Gohan and how they were able [especially Bido] to deal large amounts of pain on Gohan, it's probable that they're above the Cell Jr power range mark, and are more on par with MSSj Gohan [Babidi Arc].
