The first one is right,
the other 2 are fan made terms that aren't even real.

If anything, Ssj4 Gogeta is the god of all saiyans,
and every villian claims they are the god of descruction or similar, Broly is no different.

Hell, by that logic, Cooler is the mightest warrior in the universe, and Freeza is the most powerful warrior in the universe, even Vegeta claims he was the strongest Saiyan ever to live which is a lie because Goku and Gohan are stronger.

Hachihyaku was stated to possibly be >/= to Legendary Super Saiya-jin Burori (Movie 8) so matching him up against Movie 10 Burori who is much stronger than previously isn't wise.
