Broly is mad and all that because thats what a SSJ was supposed to be like. Mad, cant control its power, filled with rage and a true killer machine.

Thats how Broly is the "Legendary" Super Saiyan.

And for my vote, it goes to Tien simply because of techniques. But i kinda dislike Tien too. If the board had no Broly fanboys, there would have hundreds of Tien fanboys instead. They think at the end of DBZ, he can beat Mecha Frieza....

I see you did not get what I was saying. What I am saying, is that is fucking idiotic to say "At equal levels, one character can be faster, but they will both be equally strong", its fucking stupid.
