I think Goku win because the power after Genki Dama absorbed (Spirit bomb) was so great!

I'll pick Vegeta. With the power being similar, he has the advantage. The Spirti Bomb powerup only lasts a couple of attacks, while Vegeta's power will stay high for the whole fight.

Goku exhibited an aura vastly different from the Super Saiyan state. It was almost as if Goku was the Sun itself, and had stepped into the vicinity of Super 13 like he was a ball of fire. Super 13 tried to punch Goku and it looked like his punches couldn't even connect, like a force field repelling them. And he died so easily it was unbelievable. It was like Goku was a god or something at the time. I think this exhibition shows Goku is in fact superior to SSj Vegeta [post-RoSaT].

SSj Goku [Genki Dama power].

Absorbing a Genki Dama, which consists of an enormous amount of energy, while in SSj is a pretty big powerup. Goku, though this powerup wouldn't last more than 10 minutes, he'd give Vegeta quite the beating. He would just have to remember to finish the battle before losing the powerup.

This depends how much powerful do you think Goku was with Genki Dama absorbed. If he was stronger than SSj Vegeta (post-rosat) he would be stronger or equal to Cell 2nd form, which I think is quite good, seeing how he killed Cyborg #13 (which is about Cyborg #16 power).

I think Super Android 13 is about Cell Second form power.
I think Goku beat Vegeta like he did with the android.

Goku didn't absorb the Genki Dama so much as it took him over. It was just a Genki Dama with a Super Saiyan in it. 13 seemed to die more of exposure to the Bomb than anything else.

I'm not impressed with Goku's power. Super 13 didn't do anything that Android 18 wasn't capable of doing. He couldn't even kill BASE Goku, despite numerous attacks.

At best, Super 13 is no stronger than Android 17. And Imperfect Cell was far more powerful than him. And Stage Two Cell was "OMFG!" above him. And Super Vegeta was "own you for fun" levels above even him.

With that kind of power difference, Vegeta could have melted Super 13 and punched a hole in him just as easily.

The characters in Movie 7 were Androids-saga power, nothing more. If Piccolo was reunited with Kami, he would have been far more powerful than Goku, Vegeta, and Trunks. He wasn't. He was just Piccolo.

Super 13 didn't beat any "3 Super Saiyans at the same time":

He beat Vegeta by himself.

BASE Trunks charged in, and got blasted away with an energy attack.

Then, Goku took a turn one-on-one. He was only Super Saiyan for about 3 seconds. Super 13 punched him in the nuts, and Goku immediately went back to base form (which is pretty funny).

Super 13 then fought one-on-one with base Goku, and couldn't take him out.

Then, while Goku was forming the Spirit Bomb, each fighter took a shot at 13....one at a time.

Not impressive. Android 18 beat Vegeta just as easily, then used him as a human baseball bat to club Trunks, taking him out in one blow. And 17 is even stronger than she is.
