Bojack [Base State] vs. Complete Cell [50% Full Power]

I looked into this a bit, and they're probably nigh equal...but I want to see what you guys think, so shoot.

But people vary on how strong Full Power Complete Seru is. You could see him twice as strong as when he fought Full-Power Super Saiya-jin Gohan I could see him five times stronger.

Based off personal opinion...

Cell. Not by a stretch, powerwise. But as stated before me his technique is quite flawless.

Well; I believe Bojack (base) is more powerful then MSSJ Goku. So, with that said; Cell would likely be the more powerful one, since he's better then MSSJ Goku at his maximum. Cell is the more powerful one overall, as well. Bojack didn't seem all that fast, while Cell did. He certainly was very powerful, but so was Cell.

I think Cell wins.
