Well, for the sake of fairness, you can use a theoretical "canon" form of Majuub if you want.

I personally believe Majuub should be a little stronger, since their not exactly made of the same components.

Super Buu is made of the so-called "Mr. Buu", and the Buu of Wrath (what some people call "Evil Buu"). Majuub is made of the same fat Buu, but Uub is as strong as Kid Buu. I think Kid Buu is stronger than the Wrath Buu.

That means Majuub has a slightly more powerful component in his makeup than Super Buu.

And even without it, I think Majuub would have a distinct advantage in tactics and technique. He's clearly the more intelligent of these two fighters.

I go with Majuub. Seeing SSj Kid Goku is stronger than Majin Buu (Chibi or Mr. Buu) his SSj3 form would be stronger than Super Buu. Majuub is even stronger than SSj3 Kid Goku.
