NOT ONE of the earmarks of a Super Saiyan 2 is present in this movie. We get one transformation, not two. We get typical Gohan personality, not the all-business, ultra-mean personality that Gohan exhibits EVERY time he goes Super Saiyan 2. And the most obvious, the lack of the Super Saiyan 2 electrical aura.

That means NO "probability of Super Saiyan 2". He wasn't, and it's been proven over....and over....and over.....

I could almost see people clinging to this illusion if just ONE thing looked, sounded, or even acted like a Super Saiyan 2. But not even one thing exists. There's no excuse to keep claiming it.

So, I guess Vegeta wasn't a SSJ2 against Kid Buu in the anime, huh? You also have yet to answer my question on Gohan stating "he's powered-up considerably since the last battle." This is the time where Gohan weakened, so he was talkin about SSJ2.

- This is Anime! So it can't applies here and there are numerous cases that this is show.

Exactly. What else was Gohan supposed to do? He attacked Broly right after he powered-up to SSJ2; the aggressive thing shouldn't even be a matter at this point.

All i'm saying is; if Vegeta lacked lightning against Kid Buu in the anime, then it could've been lacked in other parts as well. Gohan stated that he powered-up since his last battle with Broly; this is during the time he grew weak. Why else would he have said such if he wasn't talkin about SSJ2?

Gohan, Goten, and Torunkusu were only FpSsj in movie 10 during the Kamehameha assault during the end, and Gokuu was only there in spirit in the same mannerism as he was with Gohan at the end of the Seru Saga. Even if you do insist to add Gokuu to the equation, his hair style denotes that he was also only in his FpSsj state as well, meaning that it took two weakened FpSsj to overpower LSsj Burori (or including Gokuu into the mix, one FpSsj and two weakened FpSsj), which would put LSsj Burori at best a little over Zenkai Kanzentai Seru in terms of strength.

Despite the fact that Gohan appears to be an Ssj2 at the start during his fight with Burori, his level of power is only maybe 2/3 that of what he had during the Seru Saga, which would put him weaker than Zenkai Kanzentai Seru. Considering he was able to struggle rather successfully against some of Burori's body locks, as well as land a few blows that actually inflicted some damage, it shows that while weaker than Burori, the difference in their power wasn't very large, certainly not as large as the gap in power between Ssj2 Adult Gohan and Ssj2 Gokuu.

I see what you mean. I'd have to look over the footage myself, but the movies don't have any manga to refer to, so we must go on visuals alone. And the visuals say "SSJ".
