I've come to believe that LSSj Broly [movie 8], is around Complete Cell's power.
Seeing so, Complete Cell would be an even match for SSj Broly [movie 10].
But seeing as how Cell has Piccolo's cells, who is known to be a great strategist, would get the upper hand in the battle and ultimately rise to the top.

However, if Broly were to powerup to LSSj, Cell wouldn't last very long.

If Broly goes LSS......That would be a massacre for Cell since I don't see Goku and the rest of the peanut gallery...I mean Z-fighters jumping in to save Cell since he's a bad guy. So if Broly goes LSS Cell and the North Galaxy are gone.

LSSJ Broly isn't possible, as this is SSJ Broly vs Complete Cell. Learn 2 read.

Well I think LSSJ Broly would be at an equal footing with Complete Cell. LSSJ Broly would be massacred by SPC, and as Movie 10 SSJ Broly is stated to be either greater or equal to Movie 8 LSSJ Broly, I'd give this to Broly. If Cell was Super Perfect, than it'd be his, but he isn't, so he loses.

If it's just the Super Saiyan form, Broly's going to get flattened. Base Gohan was a decent match for him, and Cell was above Gohan's Super Saiyan power (which is obviously high above the base form) at the Cell Games - when Gohan was even stronger.

Even though I'm a big Broli (Broly) fan I have to say cell would win since it took gohan going ssj2 and even there he had trouble defeating a full-powered up Cell

I must protest there. It's impossible for Base Gohan to equal any post-RoSaT Super Saiyan, or any Super Saiyan at the Post-RoSaT level, which includes Broly. At best, Base Gohan in Movie 10 is around 16's level, maybe more. It's like saying Videl is at the Cyborg level because she somehow managed to dodge Broly's first punch. The deducted fact of the matter is Broly was holding back power.

Broly vs. Gohan was a lot different from his attack on Videl. He had an elongated fight with Gohan, not just two blows. It's more than just taking a punch; Gohan was just as fast, and he gave out nearly as much punishment as he got.

My point is, whether Gohan's fight was elongated or not, the two situations are related to each other in the way that two immensely weaker adversaries were able to swashbuckle with Broly for a little bit. And, because of the Super Saiyan multiplier, we know Broly would be immensely stronger than base Gohan.

SSj Vegeta [Post RoSaT; Movie 8] landed a full fledged kick onto SSj Broly [Movie 8] with no effect, as a result. Broly is good deal weaker in Movie 8 than he is in Movie 10...and, if anything, Base Gohan [movie 10] is weaker than his Cell Era self. That means it's completely a surety that an SSj Vegeta [Post-RoSaT] would be considerably stronger than an Adult Base Gohan, and for that matter, so much more would SSj Broly [movie 10].

And as I recall, Gohan didn't land any blow on SSj Broly... Gohan lost the skirmish with a kick in the stomach...

I reiterate, SSj Broly was merely holding back power.
