Saiyans for movie 8 are most likely weaker than Cell jr.

SSj2 Gohan killed each Cell jr with just one attack.
Brolly didn´t killer the Saiyans for movie 8.

So, SSj2 Gohan > Brolly.

Final Form Cooler, and Super Android 13 both have enough power to destroy the Earth its stated making their power sufficient to aid a a Super Bojack in defeating Broly. Broly looses this fight. Topic over.

Bojack, quite easily. It took SSJ2 Gohan to beat him, whilst Goku only had to use his Fist of Doom to kill Broly.

-For Hatchhyack to be able to beat Bojack(full power), he will need to be stronger than SSj2 Gohan which he isn't, or stronger than a Mastered Super Saiyan Son Goku and Son Gohan, and a USSj Vegeta and Trunks.

Bojack's power is probly around Complete Cell's Full Power. MSSj Gohan was able to keep pace with him, showing the power Bojack wielded in his transformed state was at best triple his strength, nothing more.

Movie 10 has really thrown me for a bit of a loop. I've just watched it today, and Gohan clearly stated he did not have enough power to beat Brolly.

Although Gohan only appeared to go SSJ, I don't get why he'd allow Brolly to dominate him like that: he would've completely overpowered Gohan and killed them all if Goku hadn't come to Earth to help. Surely, you'd think that a 100% chance of getting killed as a lone SSJ would prompt you to go SSJ2? That's why I'm beginning to think Gohan did go SSJ2, but an animation inconsistency made it look like he was just in SSJ1 mode. His hair looked more like his SSJ2 form.

Does this mean Brolly is at least as strong as a SSJ2? I just need to know, as this will help me decide whether or not Brolly would win.

It's definately a theory. It's very possible that they just did not put the lightning. And then there's Broly's Zenkai, which means he's more powerful than before. And since Broly [Movie 8] was around Complete Cell's Full Power, it's also possible that he broke through the Super Saiyan barrier just like Cell did after he received his Zenkai. And then there's the striking resemblance of Gohan's SSj2 hair style...

Now, I have a theory... In movie 12, a seeming MSSj Vegeta combats a transformed Janemba, but we all know that no Super Saiyan could even beat Janemba's first form, so how could he even hold anything against Janemba's second form? He simply cannot, unless of course Janaemba was merely holding back [which to me doesn't seem likely at all because Janemba looked to be exerting some amount of effort]. This is an obvious mistake on the animators part...of course...all unless they meant for Janemba to be holding back power against him. But because nothing of the sort was stated, or even hinted to, it's very possible, and conclusive, that he was a SSj2 even though he had no electricity like a SS2 should have. It could very well be the same case with Gohan in movie 10.

Also in this movie, Goku transforms in SSj2, although he lacks lighting.

That was a very quick battle. But; I see no reason why Vegeta wouldn't use his maximum power. Especially, since he was very pissed off at the moment.
