I understand your stance on the matter. But; there would be no reason for Gohan to say he has a better power-up since the last battle, in which, he was only a SSJ, if it wasn't SSJ2 power. Especially, since we know he got weak over that amount of time, anyway. No electric around the aura or not; Gohan was SSJ2 when he fought Broly.

Ultimate Gohan; Super Perfect Cell was likely around SSJ2 Kid Gohan's power, which is significantly more powerful then Gohan's power after the seven years. Cell would probably beat that Gohan. I also think Super Perfect Cell would thrash Broly.

Gohan could've been equal, or slightly more powerful then Super Perfect Cell, so those two would easily beat Broly. Now; Broly thrashed SSJ2 Teen Gohan with ease, but was previously beaten by MSSJ Goku or SSJ, either one, who was weaker then SSJ2 Teen Gohan. So, while he is stronger then that Gohan; it doesn't mean he would be powerful enough to beat Cell or SSJ2 Kid Gohan.

Broly most likely received a zenkai before he fought Gohan. So, that might explain why he was powerful enough to take him down. But, we know he isn't all that strong to begin with.

Thank you for agreeing that Gohan was SS2 how does SS2 get weaker over time that makes no sense. But still Broly>Bojack.

SO even if Bojack in his 2nd form could beat Lssj Broli, technically Lssj Broli would still be able to beat SUper #13 and Koola Final form.

Seeing as the same fighters who all beat Super #13 couldn't even dent Broli until they called for desperate measures.

And it only took Goku to beat Koola

So i'm now say

Bojack 2nd Form >>> Lssj Broli >>> Super #13 >>> Koola Final Form
