Thirteen (Integrated) was beaten by Pre-Rosat Super Saiya-jin Gokuu's Genkai Dama (I place them stronger than others do but regardless).

Base Bojakku was stronger than Mastered Super Saiya-jin Gohan, stated in the Movie.

Yeah I think this gets a lock.
