Are you being sarcastic or what? Zangya is almost on the SSJ level while Pan is much much weaker. It would be a toss up between Zangya and 18, Pan is out of the question. I would have to rewatch movie 9 because I don't even remember it since it was way too crappy.

Zangya as shes stronger or equal to that of a Super Saiyan, and 18 is not. Pan is really really weak anyways.

How is Pan weak?

The only times we see her get whipped is when she tries to take on people who are > Super Saiyan 3 Goku (like Baby). A whole lot of people would get beat down by guys like that.

There is really no real way to tell Pans strength.

She beat Goten who has not trained since he went into the HBTC a while ago, plus Goten tottaly had his gaurd down.

So there is no real way too tell how strong she is.

I would say

Pan<=Zangya>>18#

So idk but I would say Zangya wins.

I don't see why Pan would be weaker than base Goten and Trunks were when they were children.

And some say that they were stronger in base form than the Androids.

Pan gets beat easily. i give it to 18 and pan because 18 and zangya would be= and then pan could interfere.

Pan can't even think to own Zangya. If Zangya is around the SSJ level, there is no way that Pan, at base who can't even go SSJ can think for a second to beat her. She is out of the question, she is not at the level of the weakest SSJ, fact is she is much much weaker.

Pan never went SSJ because Akira or Toei could not think of a good female SSJ design, and Pan is definatly strong enough to go SSJ.

Nothing suggest Pan is strong enough to go SSJ. She never showed SSJ like power. Don't think for a second that Pan at base would be match for full power Frieza. She is definitely not at SSJ level. If they knew how to make a SSJ female maybe they would have made Pan SSJ, but since they couldn't they just made her way too weak to go SSJ. There is no way that base Pan can be as strong as SSJ Goku from the Frieza saga, she's no SSJ she has not the power of Goten or Trunks.

Well there is no way too prove that, every actaul fight she was in was aginast someone who was stronger then Perfect Cell, so there is no way to prove how strong she is.

I would say that if the situation came the she could go SSJ.

IDK what the situation would be though.

It's just illogical to think that a 12 year old at base could possibly have the power of a SSJ. Base Goku from the Buu era was maybe, 2x stronger than SSJ Goten and Trunks, who were about even or weaker than 18. So, base pan could be just 2x weaker than base Goku from the end of DBZ. Or maybe, if she has SSJ like power, she is as strong as strong as full power Frieza when she is at base. It just doesn't make sense that Pan at base has SSJ like power.
