I think zangya because we don't know what her full potentialis at all. Thata and the fact that if Goku is afraid of Chichi when she's angry who's a HUMAN. Think of an angry and pissed off Zangya. Yeah... I think Bujin would probably lose at that point.

In my opinion, Bujin. He had no fear when fighting SSj2 Gohan, Zangya had much fear. Even though fear doesn't indicate power I think it's just a small advantage Bujin has over Zangya. Otherwise, Bujin does have superior psychokinesis powers. I'd vote for Bujin.
