Brolly at his strongest in movie 8 verse one to three Cell Jrs.

LSSJ Brolly (movie 8) = SSJ Brolly (movie 10) > SSJ Gohan (movie 10)

SSJ Gohan (movie 10) is most likely able to defeat three Cell jr. Brolly is stronger than him.

So, I give it to Brolly.

Brolly is stronger then 4 mid ROSAT SSJ's and the Cell Jr's are stronger then Vegeta and Trunks at SSJ during the Cell Games so I would say the Cell Jrs. would atleast put up an amazing fight.

I just don't know exatacly how stronger Brolli was then the Sayians and how much stronger the Cell Juniors were.

I would give it to Broly. I think broly at max is a bit weaker than perfect cell but not MUCH weaker. So cell jr. would be just a walk in the park for Broly.
