Hercule's PL has to possibly b at 7 maybe 8. Yamcha was able to send goku through a wall. Then again hercule was able to break bricks and pull a bus but i would say yamcha.

I think Satan wins this.

He gets way too little respect, just because he was "a weakling" LATE in the series. People want to forget that even the Ginyu Force are "weaklings" by that time. Does that mean they have power levels of "7 or 8"? No.

Every World Tournament had non-hero fighters (like Giran, Nam, Panput, Chapa....). These are the "normal" fighters that Roshi always tells Goku and Krillin about (and tells them to press beyond "normal limits").

The Tournament Satan WON (that's right, he beat some people to become "the Champ") would be stocked with the same caliber of fighters. And, since Satan won it, he would have to be at least as strong as those types of guys.

I will go with Mr. Satan assuming since he did actually win a tornement, so he is a good fighter like a boxing/wrestling style.

Yamcha did damamge kid Goku but Hurucle could probobly do the same or something similar.

i'm sorry if this is filler but i don't have the manga, watch the cartton when those bandits shots Mr Buu's dog Hercule went crazy and gave those guys a woopin, the best woopin i've ever seen him do, remember when Hercule was hitting Cell, dunno if they were strong in human terms but they were pretty fast. Yamcha did nothing like this except punch Goku through a wall, i think Hercule could do this to Kid Goku too. Hercule winner, Hercule >> Desert-Yamcha

Goku can survive bullets. Yamcha is only a bit weaker than him, so, I think he can survive bullets too.

Satan can´t do it...
