Cell (GT) vs. SSj2 Goku

I might say cell because all that training he did he should be at a ssj2 level or higher

Complete Cell with Zenkai was weaker than both SSJ2 Goku and Majin Vegeta, though I do believe it wasn't that big of a difference, now most people put GT Cell around Majin Vegeta's level, which if that be the case, They'd be equal, since SSj2 goku=Majin Vegeta

SSJ2 Goku or well SSJ2 anyone pretty much is enough to beat Cell.

Since Gohan was a little stronger then Dabura who was about as strong as Perfect Cell then Goku would win since he is stronger then Cell.

Cell training in Hell would probobly just bring him up to Goku's SSJ2 level agianst Majin Vegeta and nothing more.

GT Seru with complete ease.

The gap in Z couldn't have been that big 1.2x to 2x is as far as you can stretch it. Given he had over a decade of training in Hell and was stated to be stronger than ever before I would place him far above Gokuu. Hell since GT is basically filler and Seru watched SSj3 Gokuu and Chibi Buu fight and thought he could kill him years after that...well...you get what I may be implying there...

And if there are topics matching GT Seru with Janemba and Majin Buu with the belief
he wouldn't instantly die why match him up against a SSj2?

So Cell has gotten about 2.5-4x stronger in thoose years I guess that would make sense, there is probobly some in Hell he could train with or a gravity room or something like that, so ya I guess that would make sense.

You mean Goku's during the Buu saga of course and well ya.
I would not push it to Gotenks at all.

No I dont think cell got THAT stronger. I know he received zenkai but that wouldnt got him that much stronger so I would go with SSJ2 Goku but they are close.

Cell.

I think he is at Mr.Boo level.
And he can regenerate.

Cell. It's completely one-sided. Think about it:

After Cell dies, 7 years pass, leading into the Boo Saga. At the end of that, there's another 10 years, and we meet Oob. After that, yet another 10 years pass, and we're at the beginning of GT.

That's 27 years of training.

Cell should be able to become much stronger than ssj2 Goku in that amount of time.

If I remember correctly it was only 5 years between Goku and Uub's meeting and GT.
