well a think fusing two ssj makes a much powerful ssj...but i think vegetto is still a ssj

and vegeta kept the aura during majin vegeta not while he was fighting kid buu why? because he wasnt ssj2

Well Nappa also had lightning when he powered-up though he wasn't a SSj2. Except for Nappa and Vegetto all other characters (Saiyans) when featured lightning are SSj2.
