It's stated that Hatchyack might be a tad stronger than Broly but it's not really emphasized any further. Who wins? The Legendary Super Saiyan Broly...or the embodiment of Dr. Raichi's hatred, the Tsufuru-jin, Hatchyack?

I personally am going to have to call it a draw really, since neither side has any real advantage over the other. If I absolutely had to make a choice though, it'd be Burori, only on the standpoint that Hatchyhakku's ki blasts all require 15 seconds of charging.

Hatchyack win easily because his power is superior and he speed is amazing , Broly is slower
Moreover Goku said that Hatchyack is more powerfull, so Broly has NOT chance

Goku said that Hatchyack "may be even stronger than Broli". Other than that the difference between their power is almost unnoticable, hence the reason why Goku is so uncertain in his judgement.
