No it isn't or otherwise Broly and Turles would plotholes as well. If something stated before is contradicted by plausible ways it isn't a plothole.

Actually Broly and Turles isnt and werent plotholes because it was plausile broly and turles escaped the explosion of the planet if myuu was still alive the kais would have sensed him and warned goku

As well is plausible to a microscopic cell containing Tuffles's King DNA to send into space before Saiyans take Planet Plan as their. And why and how the hell would Kaioshins sense or even bother to detect such thing?

if you remember at the time according to dbz tuffles/saiyans were at war so were would the king or tuffles have time to abstract dna when they were fighting for their lives.

I don't understand at 100% what you are saying but if I am not mistaken you are asking how would Tuffles have time to extract their King's DNA when they were in the war against Saiyans, am I right? Well, according to DBGT the King extracted the DNA himself and seeing he was the king probably he didn't fight until it was really necessary.

Correct me If I'm wrong but I recall Bebi saying that he was actually the one that programmed Dr. Myu, and he use the DNA of a Tuffle to make Bebi. It possible that some DNA of a Tuffle was flowing around in Space after Freeza destory Planet Vegeta.

Bebi evolved from those Tuffles cells (how? Don't know) and then created Dr. Myu to finish its growth.

The whole Bebi conpect was confusing IMO. I don't see how Vegeta magically loses his tail when knocked out of SSJ4.
