frieza or cooler whos a better villain?

id say frieza because he is much eviler and had a better backround and he rules an empire i dont know why everyone likes cooler so much i dont see whats so cool about him?

plus frieza killed alot of people he brought the sayains to the edge of extinction so yes frieza is a better villain then cooler

What has Cooler done? Was he the one who wiped out the saiyan race? was he the one who made Vegeta cry? Was he the one who blew up Krillin? Was he the most feared evil throughout the universe? Was he the one wo forced Goku to go beyond his very limits because of his cruelty? Was he the one who was slaughetring innocent Nameks? Frieza is the better vilain by a landslide.

Freeza is the best Saga villant and Cooler is the best movie villant.

Freeza. Whilst I liked Coola a lot as a villain the duration of time and effort that went into Freeza's character is something I can appreciate in full. Coola had more earthly pride and was more dulled in arrogance but did not have the same level of dedication, only having two movies. Freeza had 70+ planets under his rule, was the most feared Tyrant in the universe at large, had an entire empire and Saiyan race under his rule, and at his own admonishment went onto destroy said race with the mere motion of a finger when he apprehensive about what would happen (or, rather, what he wouldn't see rather than what he would). Coola was more quiet in his ire and rule, but even then. And, for a while, Freeza was the strongest (in the canon universe).

I only think Freeza lost his potency when he became desperate and was grasping for straws at the end of his fight with Super Saiyan Son Goku. Even returning as Mecha Freeza, I'm glad he was sliced and diced by Mirai Trunks as abruptly as he was; keeping his life going just conceded defeat and augured stronger combatants. It's also sad that Coola had to be so weak in his final battle - both Meta and Organic, given that the end of Movie 5 is one of the most well animated and acted (Japanese version) portions of the anime in my view. I've never liked Movie 6 that much, though, but I feel giving him a thousand Meta clones was stretching things. Off and on-handed note, I thought both of Coola's VAs in the dub and Japanese version were great. Freeza's... not so much. His Seiyuu was fantastic.... Linda Young was not. All IMO.

I should also note that I'm comparing Canon Freeza with Non-canon Coola.

But I'd pick Freeza, as stated.

Vegeta and Goku fought together against Buu, they were both against Cell, both against Janemba, both against Broly ect. Cooler isn't the first nor the last one to have made them ally.

I think their both idiots. Frieza for not getting the job done by killing off every Saiyan and Cooler for not killing Goku. But back on topic, Frieza is a better villian.
