Your Thoughts on the OVA's

I was not sure where to put this, I am thinking now that it should of gone in the GT/Movie section. Anyways, I am new and I know that this OVA discussion has been brought up a dozen times, but I just wanted to get everybody's take on it.

I saw it a couple years back, it is not even a movie, but video game footage for a dated console. It was...bleh...but it was kind of interesting to watch to me. It seems like this Hatchiyack guy and Broly would make a good match-up ^___^

Comments on OVA's 1 and 2?

There's two? I thought it was just one, about the Tuffle who was trying to kill everybody...

I only heard of 1 OVA. Everyone thought it was a walk through for a Playdia video game but really it was made a while before the game. This OVA was based on a NES game (and released on the same day), and then they chopped all the scenes up and turned it into a Playdia game.
So what's this 2nd OVA you're talking about???
edit=Oh, btw, there may have been an actual walkthrough for the Playdia game that caused confusion.

I might of said it wrong. It was one OVA, but I am pretty sure there were two parts to it.

Actually there are 2 parts of the Playdia game I may be wrong but I think the OVA was all together already.

I liked it more than a few of the regular DBZ movies(bio-broly, broly's 2nd, lord slug).

They really downplayed Hatchyack's role. Other then that, I thought it was a good movie.

Vegeta for once, put up a good fight.

I actually like the idea that he didn't transform. Too many villains have transformed states. It gets old to see every single villain appear with a stronger form. I liked the OVA for what it was, but it didn't deliver as well as the regular movies.

One of my favourites movies after the 5 and the 6.
The character Hatchhjack is awesome and the return of Freeza,Cooler,Turles and Slug is Awesome!.
