I do. It's never stated that you need a high power level to become a Super Sayajin. All you need is rage. Wouldn't be suprised if he did, but I do agree with Deepthought on the "Pure hearted" stuff it was just assumed by Krillin that Saiyans needed it. Never actually stated by a SAIYAN.
