Agreed but I'm pretty sure its like this, how I explained in my last post:

Final Form Cooler > 100% Final Form Frieza > Fourth Form Cooler > Final Form Frieza

Wouldn't 100% Final Form Frieza be the same thing as Final Form Frieza.

Not quite. Thats his full power where hes all buffed up and fought Goku all out. When he first transforms, hes of normal size and not as strong.

Cooler himself states that he is weaker than his brother on equal terms. He is stronger overall because of the 5th form, something Frieza doesnt have.

Cooler 5th form>Frieza 4th form>Cooler 4th form

Why did you quote me as Cooler's #1 Fan?

Anyways, just read post #19 for the truth. Goku was stronger than he was on Namek and I don't think Cooler was going all out before he transformed.

Goku recieved a Zenaki in Movie 5, pushing his base state limits past that of his former Namek Arc self. Goku was probably like 30x stronger than before. Now that's just a guess, but a guess that's likely not too far from the unveiled truth. Cooler spoke of his brother in the English version [Jap version provided by Legendary] saying that he was always trying to beat him, always trying to prove that he was the best-that he definately had the edge. But then Cooler says that he learned a transformation. So this statement can only prove that Freeza was more or less on the same page as Cooler as far as battle strength was concerned. Also, Cooler said he could see how Freeza would have trouble with Goku. This may be an indication that Cooler was fighting Goku at his 50% strength, or somewhere around that level of power. Because I don't see how Cooler would say that if he was fighting in a suppressed state of 30% power or lower. There's just no way in my eyes.

The real question is though, when Cooler reaches 100% of his power, does he bulk up like Freeza, or does something different happen? Could he have actually have been using 100% of his power against Goku if the former question's answer is no? Just throwing that out there.
