2nd form Cell that absorbed Super 17 would become Super Complete Cell!
Let's see the possibilities.(* is for unlikely)
*Super Cell has Ki Absorbpation.(Super 17 moves)[I am not sure wether he would have Ki Absorbpation since we never seen any of them pop up on Cell due to 17 and 18 not having Ki absorbpation)
Super Cell has a heck load of moves.(Cell's programming)
Super Cell can regenerate,so he wouldn't need to worry if he explodes from over absorbing.
Super Cell has A LOAD OF POWER!Super 17 was more than enough to fight SSJ4 Goku.
Super Cell can crap Cell Juniors.

Conclusion is that Super Cell would win even without the Chi Absorbpation and infinite Stamina because his advantages outweighs the disadvantages.

(Can anyone clarify this?I have not watched GT, so can Super 17 without absorbing fight against SSJ4 Goku on an equal level or perhaps the upper hand?)

Well actually now that I think about it SSJ4 Goku may actually be closer to Super 17 then I thought since SSJ4 Goku held him in a lock before he attempted to Self-Destruct, and showed no signs of weakness and his Instant Transmission was predictable aswell and he took alot of blasts point blank and then a point blank blast to the face. So maybe Super 17>=SSJ4 Goku plus Goku would probably just use that "Dragon Fist" on the new Cell if he couldn't beat him and since it almost killed Omega Shenron Goku would kill the New Cell.
