Piccolo took over Earth with a power level between 200-300. With the average human only having a PL of about 5, all Piccolo needed was to be 40-60x stronger than them individually, to where any number of them would be no threat.
The humans may not know energy attacks, but even in a fist fight, Piccolo would be able to defeat 10 billion of them.

So it wouldn't just be SSJ4 Gogeta, it would be anyone who's about 50x stronger than a Meta-Cooler. I don't know about your numbers, but going by mine, that would mean any SSJ2 could get the job done.

Your example is stupid. Humans aren't warriors. Humans cann't fly, can't destroy planets, can't regenerate and increase the power, they can't teleport. Piccolo against nothing. Piccolo win.

lol the galaxy wouldn't be destroyed. And To be honest, anyone around... SSJ3 power would possibly be able to shield the whole planet against the Death Ball attacks.

Seriously, if a SSJ2 fires a full-power Kame beam at a bunch of Coolers, the chances of them regenerating are next to none. They all can't keep regenerating and increase their powers when being demolished by someone nearly 30x more powerful then them.

If Meta-Cooler dodge SSJ Vegeta Big Bang Attack in a very short distant. He can easily dodge a Kame.
And SSJ2 Gohan hasn't the stamina to make millons Kameha.

It's all a question of endurance though... If any warrior destroyed them at a rate of 1 per second, which I think is reasonable for calculations, it'd take them a year of continuous fighting to destroy just 31 million of these guys. So it'd take roughly 30 years of continuous fighting, no sleeping, eating, resting, whatever, to destroy them all at that rate. Even at a rate of 30 per second, that's still a year of non-stop fighting.

I don't know about you, but I think that's going to wear any biological fighter down. Massively. Because of this, I do think that the Meta-Coolers would eventually win. It has nothing to do with power level, just the simple logistics. Even if they cannot directly attack him, if they keep throwing around Death Balls he won't have time to rest and eat, since he'll have to be protecting the planet. Which means he'd enter a psycho-hallucagenic state from lack of sleep, then collapse from hunger and thirst, and then die.

One chi blast can destroy many. If there's so many Coolers then they will most likely be stuck very close together. If Gohan starts spamming chi blasts like what Vegeta did against Cell, the Coolers won't last very long at all.

No, thats what 10 billion idiots would do. After the first 100,000 casualties, they would come 36 at a time, spread out to make a 360 degree circle around the target. Thats 10 blasts, or one massive ki explosion. Noone could win, except an android or something.
