Gohan is always going to win, by definition. He is explicitly stated to have greater potential than either Goku or Vegeta, and that full potential is brought out. That means that even if Vegeta's SSJ4 form brings him to within 0.0000000000000000000000000000001% of his full potential, or hell, even to his full potential, it won't be as great as Gohan's power.

And just for everyone who is wondering, yes, I believe that Chou Gohan's potential far outstrips that of Goku or Vegeta, and that this is born potential, different to latent power, that cannot be changed no matter how much you train.

So no, proper Chou Gohan (since GT got rid of the powerup) would always WTFpwn SSJ4 Vegeta, in my opinion.

They turned into SSJ at the age of eight. That's stated fact. Potential and latent power are two different things in case you don't know. Gohan was never stated to have the greatest potential, only hidden powers that he can tap into when angry.

It doesn't need to be. Where is is stated Gohan has the greatest potential? Nowhere at all. It's stated that his hidden powers are incredible; two kids going SSJ at the age of eight means they have potential to only get better since they achieved it so young. It has nothin to do with Gohan.

No, they're not. Gohan's latent power is hidden, somethin that can only be used through anger in his case. Potential is very different. Since the kids had the ability to apparently use SSJ without the need of training to master it, they have potential to do a whole lot. They (if you agree that they are MSSJ or NSSJ) basically skipped the process, which took everyone serious training to attain.

If that's not incredible potential, then I don't know what is.

Hidden power= The true power hiding within you that you can't access without proper training.

Potential= The maximum you can reach.

Well its going to be a lot more as theres Golden Oozaru which is even more than Super Saiyan 4. Thats got to be a like x30 if your going on an Oozaru multipler.
