Well uki 123 kinda explained how a 3x multiplier is possible i forgott how.....but i personally use the 150,000,000 boost its easier

And don't make me laugh, Goten and Trunks weren't average Saiyans, in fact, they weren't even Saiyans; they're hybrids. People often forget that they have just as much Human genetic composition as Saiyan composition. I just love the fanboy lists that lable Goten, Trunks, Gohan, and Pan as Saiyans, but not Bra. She's labled as a human simply because she doesn't fight, even though she has more Saiyan heritage than Pan does.

A disadvantage that hybrids have is that if they stop training or fighting, they have power degradation. We see this with Gohan when he shows SSj2 to Kabito at the Tenkaichi Budokai. Vegeta states that he was substantially weaker as a SSj2 as a teen (true teen) than he was when he fought Cell.

With full Saiyans, power degradation doesn't seem to happen. At the begining of DBZ, Roshi stated that Goku's power hadn't decreased after he had settled down with Chi Chi. Another point is that Vegeta was in stasis for a year on his journey to Earth and his PL was the same on Earth as it was when Dedoria had encountered him prior to DBZ (as stated by Dedoria)
It's also proven that male hybrids have a more accessible potential than pure Saiyan males, however, nothing is ever stated about hybrid females. Bra didn't even have the ability to turn Super Saiyan, she didn't fight or even train, and the fact that she was female suggests a lower power than Trunks and Goten, even in the early Buu arc. There's nothing that suggests that Bra had any substantial power other than the supposed contribution that she gave to Baby, which was most likely a fluke considering that Baby's possession of you increases you're power substantially.
