So you say someone is stronger because of their parents? If that is the case then Bulma would lower her attack power by a lot.

Her other parent is Vegeta.

She isn't as strong as Vegeta but way stronger than Bulma because of Vegeta's genes.

Middle ground.

She probably didnt have the same strength as Vegeta but she had enough to be compared. Too say she is weaker than 4,000 is insane, by GT standards anyway.

Yeah she is much weaker than Vegeta, for sure. But that's obvious.

She isn't weak though. Trunks's PL isn't 4,000, the reason people say Bulla's is weak is because she's a girl pretty much. Ignoring she is half sayan and descendant of the Saiyan Prince.

As a kid, there is little chance for Trunks to. He might have done the odd sparring now and then, but intense training (like the others do) as a school kid? Nah. And already then, Trunks was stronger than say, Krillin or Tien.
