I made this chart to look like this simply because Super 13 wasnt able after punching,blasting and one Deadlly Bomber to serious hurt base Goku.And we know that Trunks was almost dead from one punch from A-17 from behind and one punch from A-18.And Vegeta was almost dead after 3-4 punches from A-18.And Vegeta,Picolo and Goku all seemed fine at the end of the movie.But in general its all matter of opinion.

Android 15 & 14 gave a little fight to Vegeta & Trunks they gave them SOME kind of damage of course when Vegeta punched 15 his head fell off with a delayed effect but still weren't exactly "Owning" the Base Saiyans. Plus in the movies SSJ transformations are SOOOO underrated (Their effect in a battle at least).

Yes,it is a valid point.Since we can only make our decision going by what we have and what was showed in the movies.And it showed that Super 13 wasnt abel to kill base Goku and that Goku had a lot of energy left to turn SSJ. On the other side the androids almost with two punches killed SSJ Trunks and #18 almost killed with 3-4 punches SSJ Vegeta.The Sayians where heald by the senzu beans and in the movie after the fight with 13 they all looked fine.But in general both of our opinions are right since its only a matter of opinions.So this is how i see it and this is the way its gonna stand in my chart.

Super 13 was toying with base Goku. Why nobody understand that?
Super 13 take 3 SSJ and Piccolo (at the same time) and A-18 take 2 SSJ first Vegeta and them Trunks.

Yes but not to the state Super 13 took them down.

I still doubt S-13 is stronger than 16.

I would Say out of the actual androids , from the canon, That it is 16.

What i mean from actual androids is that he is fully artificial and that he is not biological , like cell.

Cell can be considered an android, he often is.

Now out of the movies and GT.

Super Hell 17 is the strongest.

Followed by Super 13, 13,14 and 15.
