I don't see how #14 and #15 are at 75 million based on their performances in Movie 7. Trunks/Vegeta can barely beat them.

They survived their fight with them in base, and Vegeta ended up not being injured at all. And killing them in one hit is not "barely beating" them.

Vegeta didn't have that much of an easy battle with Android #14. He even knocked Vegeta into the wall when he was guarding himself. They were even at the least.

Dramatic effect in a movie. What happened when Vegeta hit the Android ONE time? That's right. And Trunks did the same thing. When it came time to end the fight, they did it in just one blow.

Vegeta & Trunks didnt' leave the battle unscathed, though. Both were pretty damaged, but not enough for any significance.

If you have 14 and 15 near SSJ Vegeta and SSJ Trunks power levels, then Super 13 is going to be stronger than Android 16.
