People who kill people, or try to kill people, are people who are evil, they are the evil people, and these people should be put in a prison with the other evil people, who tried to kill people, and so are evil people.
See what I am getting at, even if Pilaf didn't kill anyone he still tried to kill Goku several times, so he is an attempted murderer. If someone tried to murder me I would consider them evil. |
