They were 2nd Grade Super Saiyans when they fought LSSj Broly. Vegeta does look pretty bulky when he's fighting with Broly. Trunks' jacket rips apart when he transforms, indicating an increase of muscle mass had occurred.

Hard to say really. We only know that he was still owning him after he received Piccolo, Trunks, and Gohan's energy. The power they were transmitting to Goku is supposed to be their SSj power, so he's apparently multiple times stronger than MSSj Goku. It could also be debated that Goku used a burst in his Kamehameha against Broly, which would've multiplied his power.

Yes, definately. If Broly went from base-like power to way over Vegeta's SSj level through his suppressed SSj state, then how much more would his LSSj state carry him? His SSj state in Movie 8 is already a tad below what I hold Complete Cell's suppressed state to be, and that's to assume he was only 1.33x Vegeta's SSj level. We never saw what he was truly capable of when in that state, but it's very possible he was 2x Vegeta's power.
Broly's LSSj state is obviously a ton stronger than his SSj state. And I would say he multiplied his power around 5 fold, as BrolytheLSSj has also said.
