The Androids do talk alot of shit though, like 18 claims SSJ Vegeta isnt so strong, yet 17 is worried about Trunks jumping in.

YEAH but that was expalainned because the data DR.GERO gave them about the z fighters where wrong ....just like dr.gero didnt expect goku to be as strong as he was because he didnt have the right datas about them so 17 was just guessing

After Vegeta first tried to blast 18 with a Big Bang Attack she evaded and she says he didn't use full power, and Vegeta says "Of course not if I cut loose the whole earth will be destroyed" then 18 says: "Well then I guess we're both holding back" then Vegeta tells her not to hold back. She wins but Vegeta got a few good hits on her and put up the most resistence out of all the Z fighters by a Very wide margin.

When Vegeta attacked Super 13, he just stood there, kinda like Cell did with Mr Satan. I don't believe for a second that either 18 nor 17 would be able to just stand there like that and let Vegeta wail on them... or Goku for that matter. No way.

-Still the differnce was big

-Then why Super 13 wasnt abel to kill Base goku after punching him and blasting him for like 10 times and he even performed his strongest attack on him.Goku was then still able to get up and to transform SSJ

-Overall he didnt do nothing for his power he just pumped up his muscles and from there it comes all the didnt move

-But there is really no 100% proof for this its just opinion based really

He was just toying with Goku, and no Z fighters are going to be killed in the movies, as how would they be around to fit in with the actual DBZ storyline? If Goku got killed by Super 13 he wouldnt have existed in The Cell Saga.

I also heard a lot of people saying that Super C-13 isstronger then the other Cyborgs just because he looks tougher.So i suport the theory that he just became bigger with more muscles and increased his power enough to be above the Saiyajins judging how his attacks werent able to keep down Super Saiyajin Goku.And he never did something that C-17 or C-18 couldnt....

Movies ALWAYS make characters survive attacks when they shouldn't.

Movie 2: Master Roshi doing...well anything.
Movie 3: Piccolo, Tien, Krillin, Yamcha & Chaioutzu all taking hits from Turles (Who is higher than Kaioken x10 Goku) and they're all injured.
Movie 4: Chichi managing to knock out some of the soldiers.
Movie 6: Base Goku able to exchange blows with Meta Cooler to an extent.
Movie 7: Base Saiyans fighting the Androids and then as Super Saiyans they are given some trouble, and of Course Super 13 fires his "S.S. Deadly Bomber" and it doesn't kill Base Goku.
Movie 8: LSSJ Broly blasting Base Gohan point blank and him surviving.
Movie 9: Tien putting up a fight against Base Trunks
Movie 10: Base Gohan vs. SSJ Broly AND Videl vs. SSJ Broly, also Krillin & Base Gohan surviving Legendary Broly's Attacks.
Movie 11: Krillin surviving Bio Broly's attacks.
Movie 12: "Veku" holding out against Transformed Janemba and Base Goku holding out against Fat Janemba who survived against SSJ3 Goku.
Movie 13: A Whole bunch of stuff.

We really can't rely on stuff like Super 13 shooting Goku during a dramatic moment because ALOT of the movies have done stuff like that so Super 13 shouldn't be weakened because he didn't kill Base Goku.

You forgott to mentioned videl being able to dodge Brolys punch in movie 10 and being able to survive his attacks wich is impossible
