SSJ4 Vegito

Well let's say SSJ4 Gogeta (GT) decided to revert to base form would he be an adult a child or hell even a teenager.

I never thought of that.

He would likely revert back to an adult, since I believe the base of Vegeta's would have more influence on the form then Goku's kid base. That's just my opinion.

Vegeto is the fusion with the most Vegeta influence, Gogeta seems to favour Goku more. Thus, when Gogeta reverts down to his base (which he didn't in the anime because the Ssj4 transformation lasts for longer than the fusion) he should in theory (As he favours Goku's personality more) should be a kid right?

No, the Vegeta in Gogeta along with Goku together as a fusion is too much to be contained within a child (just like Ssj4 is too much to be held within a child), the Vegeta (with an adult appearance) would probably make Gogeta a teenager in base form with an energetic and childish Goku attitude.

I don't know but it would be amazingly funny to see him as a kid or a teen. Honestly, I think he would be an adult but I can't give any explanations for that.

Honestly I never knew why peope think Gogeta is more like Goku and Vegeto is more like Vegeta. They're both completely different from Goku and Vegeta because they are the combination of the two.

SSJ4 Vegito

Yeah, I could definatly see him reverting into a teenager myself although I don't think he'd be AS cocky. Since Goku really seems to act more agressively in SSJ4 state or at least different like constantly insulting his opponents. So maybe Gogeta wouldn't be as cocky.

I'm not sure if it would be possible for Gogeta to revert. Since the fusion doesn't work if they're in base form (Kid Goku and Adult Vegeta) the fusion would probably just break down. And Vegito does not favor Vegeta over Goku and Gogeta does not favor Goku. It's a perfect fusion. It favors neither more than the other, they're completely even.
