I'm not sure who Goku trained with, I'm just saying the dragon because he went away with Shenron.

Maybe he trained with some Gods? Could be anyone.

Goku was probably still weaker then Omega Shenron, but above everyone else in power.

Was it ever stated how long Goku was away for?

Pan was a very old lady, and wasnt she like 14 in GT?

So it could be safe to say Goku was away for 50 years training...50 years!

With 50 years of training behind him, at SSJ4 he could beat anyone IMO.

I thought he went away to become the new Guardian of Earth or something. Not Kami, but an immortal "bodyguard" of sorts.

Goku just seemed to merge with the Dragon, and seemed to be one with him. I doubt any kind of training would put him above SSJ4 Gogeta, or Omega for that matter. That's going by the notion that he did train.

I also heard that he merged with the Dragon, his good offsetting the evil in the balls.

It was stated he was going off to train somewhere, but not sure where or who with.

Omega isnt that hard to catch up with to be honest.

Why not? Omega was world's above Goku in his SSJ4 form, and SSJ4 Gogeta was the only one capable of destroying him. I doubt Goku could get that strong, no matter what kind of training he does.

Of course he could.

Managed to surpass Kid Buu....At Base strength....

Cant see why he wouldnt catch up with Omega Shenron, with ease.

Kid Buu was weak in comparison to Omega, who was in a league of his own.

Base Goku was amazingly weak in comparison to Kid Buu.

Yet he surpassed him with 10 years of training. Kid Buu was literally 600x stronger than Base Goku, but somehow Goku got 600x + stronger in 10 years.

Yeah, that increase was a stupendous one, though. His increases can't possibly be that great everytime. But if he somehow is around Omega's power, or above that, he's still not going to be around SSJ4 Gogeta in my opinion.

Plus, if he's training alone, the gain isn't going to be all that great.
