How exactly would he "Spar" with the dragon? Besides Goku probably found some way to train and with a long time to train I guess he could beat Omega Shenron, but NOT SSJ4 Gogeta.

That's one thing I don't like about GT, among many other things. First, Toei god-mods base Goku so he's stronger than SSJ3 Goku was in DBZ, then, to make it worse, they go and LITERALLY make him a god. What a shitload of fuck.

i think at the end it was 100 years later , goku would be a bit more than 100 but still looks young , that means his immortal he bacame one with the dragon , it says that the dragonballs shouldn't be use for 100 years so he came back when it can be used , maybe goku have the powers of a dragon , it could mean that dende is no longer the owner of the dragon

Toei was only playing into what the fans wanted. The fans were dick riding Goku, that's why Toriyama changed the story from Gohan beating Buu, to Goku beating him and saving the day. Besides, it's not base Goku(GT) that's stronger then SSJ3 Goku(Z), it's SSJ Goku(GT) who's stronger then SSJ3 Goku(Z). And I don't think that's a big deal really.
