I believe Base Goku kicks the crap out of the Androids. I have his Base between Super Vegeta and Semi-Perfect Cell but closer to Super Vegeta.

The Androids would win, hands down, not even a challange. Hell, Freeza could wipe the floor with any of the base Saiya-jins during the entire series, and only with 25% of his power at that.
