I think if Mecha-Freeza increase his power to 100% he would be around SSJ Goku (Earth) Full power.

Freeza (Movie 12)

Freeza was beaten by Ultimate Gohan easily but I think he would be around Vegeta (2nd Grade) power because I saw him comand stronger enemies like Bojack.

Ghost Freeza

He would be stronger than Piccolo (Post-Rosat) because the 4 ghost warriors would be at same power level and Piccolo need MSSJ Gohan help to take Ghost Slug.

Freeza (GT)

Freeza after many years training with Cell, He would be around SSJ2 or Majin Vegeta power.

Cell (GT)

I think he would be at Fat Buu power.

Cell (Kid Goku absorb)

I think for few seconds he would be around SSJ Vegito power.

Impossible to tell! They probably didn't even got stronger, which I am starting to believe. Come on! They are dead.

More the Ghost Freeza Warrior isn't Freeza. He could have be a teddy bear and would the same power. They have appearance of old villains to intimidate Zet Senshi.

Mecha Freiza: Slightly superior to SSJ Goku (Freiza Saga)

Ghost Freiza: He was able to dodge some of Trunks' attacks so I'd say stronger than Semi-Perfect Cell, but not at "Super Vegeta's level"

Freiza (Movie 12): If Gohan was Mystic then I don't know but, I'd say Freiza could be at SSJ Vegeta (Android Saga)

Freiza (DBGT): I'd place him around ASSJ Vegeta (1st run through)

Cell (DBGT): I'd say stronger than Good Buu but weaker than Evil Buu.

Mecha Frieza: He got beaten up by SSJ Trunks easliy so I think he has not changed since his last battle in namek so I will say he is still weaker than SSJ goku.

Ghost Frieza: Has improved a little tiny winny bit but he would still be weaker than SSJ Trunks and SSJ Goku.

Frieza(Movie 12): Got defeated by Base Gohan with one blast, so I think he is still weaker than SSJ Goku.

Frieza(DBGT): He is dead but has improved big time and is now around Imperfect Cell´s power and is now way stronger than SSJ Trunks and SSJ Goku joint togather.

You dont know if they have trained or not and I think they probably trained hard because they KNEW that goku was going to go to hell to fight them so they probably trained there a$$s off.

I doubt seing how they where beaten by 0 effort from kid goku in gt ...there is no reason for me to believe that they are stronger,then seing how freeza was beaten like 20 years with one punch from gohan in movie 12 there is no chance

-The only time we see them in hell is standig not training

So maybe when they weren´t standing and playing around they probably trained and yes okay they were defeated by kid goku easliy because Kid Base goku=SSJ2 Goku´s power in DBZ I think so of course goku defeated them by ease but they did pull out some decent energy blasts.

Your logic is wrong. SSJ Trunks (post-rosat) can beat with "one punch" Semi-Perfect Cell. And that don't means Semi-Perfect Cell power level is around Namek Goku.

Is stated that Freeza and Cell train in the hell for many years.
Using you logic I never see Vegeta fucking Bulma. So,..... This kid Trunks is NOT Their soon.
