Canon 5 year old Pan beat 17 year old base fight power Goten.

Goten's Fight power couldn't be much weaker than his base power level durning the buu arc.

Gt Pan like said earlier, had Android 20 in a arm lock.

I also beleive she helped defeated Ocean shenron with her first Kamehameha. Which is rediculus, because the GT writers played down her power alot from what Akira Toriyama would havbe done.

I beleive her to be extremely powerful, but it seems that she is very weak compared to all the GT powerlevels.

The reason she doesn't become super saiyan is just that to many could and it wasn't needed. She was misused and should have had a larger part.

Gohan grew much weaker in seven years from Cell to Buu, I heard it was 50% reduction. Anyway, Goten had 10 years to lose power.

Nothing says Gohan lost any power at all during the 7 year time of peace between Cell and Buu, he wasn't as adept at fighting, but I don't believe there was anything that actually said his PL decreased. Goten would be the same way, as both Gohan and Goten are hybrids. I would personally put Pan at about Imperfect Cell's (Post Human Absorption) power, easily stronger than 17 and 18, but probably not stronger than 16. I personally can't see her being as strong as ASSJ Vegeta or Semi-Perfect Cell.

Vegeta states he was stronger when he was a kid, so yeah, he did lose power.

Was that line actually in the Manga? I remember it being in the Anime, but I'm not sure if that's what Vegeta actually said in the Manga.

I think pan did win, but I am sure Vegeta kept rambling on, with every second sentance being

Vegeta: "Gohan you fool, you didn't train and therefore have become weaker than you were when you fought Cell"

Dude I'm not gonna lie, this seriously made me lol. No offense though, I'm honestly not trying to make fun of you. But I have to say that common sense would say he became weaker from not training after 7 years. But besides that this is the GT/Movies section, so even if it was filler or whatever, it would pertain to this conversation.

On Gohan losing power; It would make sense that he is weaker ,but it could also make sense that he wouldn't. Goku didn't loose power when he stop training in between the piccolo junior and radditz arc.

Perhaps different things are in play, age, Goku is a full blood saiyan, perhaps the lower your power the slower and harder it is for you to loose what you gained?

WOW, that's nuts that pan didn't beat goten in the last dbz budakai, that changes my opinion on her potential.

Thus, I agree that she equal to or just above Freeza.

haha yea you're right, So i guess it kinda messes up GT's use of her once more. BUT It still takes away from Akira toriyama's potential use of her.

I think some people look to deep into shit for no reason, not you specifically. Anyway I take into account that she was fairly strong... compared to other humans. But the fact that she'd become a tomboy and stopped training during the time of peace between Z and GT. But I'd still put her at about Android 17, 18, Piccolo from the Android Saga's power.
