LOL sorry man, I didnt mean she is stronger than Perfect Cell.

I brought Cell into the topic because remember when 16 punches Semi Cell in the face? there wasnt any kind of damage, cell didnt even move.

If Pan was incredibly weak it would have happened like the above^ her attack wouldnt have even moved Rildo.

I'd say she is alot stronger than Freiza, but I'm not sure how strong.

Maybe around A-18's level?

Although you have to take into account the second time Pan hit Rilldo, it was just like when #16 hit 2nd form Cell, it had no effect. Like I said Rilldo is stronger then Buu, he'd shit on Pan and kill her. As he said, he "never was good at acting weak". But I have said that I think Pan is about SSJ Vegeta(android saga) PL. I also said she sucked anyways lol.

So what? Her grandchildren as super saiyan kids and are probably way stronger than kid goten and trunks.

The thing is, there is no such rule saying that "one cannot go beyond the level his/her father/mother was at when they had him/her" or similar liek that. That's completely rubbish.
But the theory that "the higher the SSJ level your father/mother is, the easier to become a SSJ" is correct.
I personally think Pan is probably about kid Goten/Trunks' level as Goku trained her until 4 and probably trained by Gohan and Videl too. she should be able to be a super saiyan but probably because of her genes which make her a girl, she cannot "activate" the "super saiyan" genes so despite fo her power, she can't transform..

..anyways, I am nevertheless sure that she is around their level.

EDIT: And remember, she can already fly around hte whole world really quickly when she is 4!

Going by the fact that Pan was abel to hold off #20 even though it was a sneak attack she still didnt have trouble holding him .....if he was stronger then her he could easilly take her off but no he didnt....and we know that when pan gets angry her power level jumps...so yes she is stronger then freeza
