There's nothing like a good 'ol Super Kamehameha. Everyone used it. Goku. Gohan. Cell. Goten. Hell, even Trunks did it in Movie 11.

Bah! I hate these video game names for Kamehameha.

Anyways the original Kamehameha (mainly Muten Roshi) and like Broly said "good 'ol Super Kamehameha" are the best imo.

Though why there are three 10x Kamehameha in the poll? IIRC we only see two types of Kamehameha Times Ten: the red and the double blue one. Also is there such thing as only Big Bang Kamehameha? I only recall a 100X Big Bang Kamehameha.

Vegeto never used this move you call "Final Kamehameha" so I voted for Instant Kamehameha.

I actually have a couple of favorite kamehameha's. Roshi's original, goku's instant transmission kamehameha and the big bang kamehameha. they were all cool.

I liked the Foot Kamehameha. Shows Son Goku had become a true warrior to not only be able to relese it threw his hands but his feet too.

Gohan's one handed kamehameha on Cell and Goku's kaioken kamehameha. Goku's warp kamehameha was pretty nice to as was his foot kamehameha against Piccolo. I think overall though I enjoyed Gohan's the most.

My all-time favourite Kamehameha is Roshi's first one, that buffed him up and destroyed the Fire Mountain, and then Goku's first small Kamehameha that destroyed a car but left him exhausted is my second favourite. However, overall, from just the technique point of view, rather than the moment, Warp Kamehameha wins for me.

My favorite Kamehameha would be either the "Warp Kamehameha" or the Super Kamehameha. I guess the reason for liking the Super Kamehameha would be because of the drama, like the one SSJ3 Goku used on Kid Buu right before he fainted. The Warp Kamehameha I guess was a little bit surprising, since it's an Awesome combination, unfortunatly it was only used once (Twice if you include the otherworld Tournament)
