How strong were Frieza GT and Cell GT?

I think they were equal. After Mecha Frieza died, he immediately started training (must have) before Cell was even born. By the time Cell died, Frieza was already around Perfect Cell's power.

By GT they must have been around Super Gotenks power.....

Nah freeza was never even close to that power...he was beaten easilly by kid goku..and in movie 12 he was beaten with one punch from gohan ...i would put him on meta coller level

Kid Goku GT is way stronger than base Gotenks

Frieza was using 1% power because he didnt know he was Gohan. Just after he knew, Gohan attacked him. Frieza also didnt see the punch coming.

Also wasnt that Mystic Gohan in Saiyaman suit?

Cell is probably around SSj3 Goku level at the end of DBZ. Probably weaker than him.

Freeza is somewhere between Cell (post-Zenkai) and Mr. Buu.

Freeza in Movie 12 isn't stated that he was stronger so he was probably the same as before. Not to mention doesn't matter if he was stronger or weaker since Gohan was already stronger than SSj3 Goku.

no matter what if he was any kind stronger he wouldnt died likehe did...and if he wasnt strong enough back then 7 years more is proobbaly nothign ....but since we dont have real proofs and never will i would just say that he is around metal coolers power not more its freeza he thinks he is the strongest but he isnt....when it comes to cell i have no idea probbaly just a bit stronger he s also too cocky

Kid Goku (GT) > SSJ3 Goku (Z)
And yes, in movie 12 he was beaten with one punch from Ultimate Gohan.
Ultimate Gohan > SSJ3 Goku (Z).

I highly doubt that base Chibi Goku is stronger then his adult masterd SSj form during the Cell arc of DBZ. Doesn't make sense

How can you doubt if it is clearly stated that base Goku in GT could handle an opponent at the level of (let say) Chibi Buu?

My assumptions for Frieza and Cell GT.

Cell- between SSj2 Goku and Evil Buu's power

Frieza- around SS 2nd Grade Vegeta's power
