10x Kamehameha

In GT there are two different kamehamehas that Goku uses mainly as a SSJ4. Both are called the 10x Kamehameha, or so many believe. In the Baby Saga his Kamehameha is blue. From the Super 17 Saga onward, it's red. Some people think this is just the same kamehameha with different effects, or Toei screwed up and gave the same name to two different techniques. Any thoughts?

I'm thinking it was just a change of effect, a new look for SSj4 Goku's Kamehameha to better suit him.

I would say it's TOEI's lack of editing skills.

Perhaps, but I don't believe such a drastically different approach on the Kamehameha Wave could be interpreted as a lack of editing skills, but more as a new "item" for SSj4 Goku. So if anything, they're ignorant of what's canon, plain and simple. All my opinion.

What this have to do with been canon or not? Seriously I'm tired of people always saying TOEI sucks for everything related with DBGT or Movies.

Well the red 10x Kamehameha was probably just an improved technique from the dual blue 10x Kamehameha.

I agree. It has nothing to do with TOEI sucking at anything. I think Goku just improved the technique and it became more powerful with instant effects and became red.

Come on guys I thought someone would have said ones a regular Kamehameha, and the other is one infused with the Kaioken technique. When the Kaioken technique is red, and so is the Kamehameha wave once the 10x Kamehameha is executed.

Raditz states that the kamehameha is so strong because Goku's ki is concentrated into a single point....proves that Toei never actually read the manga, they just drew whatever they saw.

Wait, I take that back, with the Super Saiyan forms, it was different. Even with reference, they managed to screw up the SSj forms.

But then again, I also saw some Kamehamehas in the anime as yellow, not blue or red.

Thats why Dragonball GT is so messed up. If there was no Kaioken multiplier involved Son Goku would have any reason to shout "TIMESS TENNN". When ever he used a Super powered attack he hasn't ever felt to use a multiplier there. Besides SSj4 would not increase the Kamehameha's attack force by 10. When a Kaioken might.
