Anyway I was watching the first time Master Roshi did the Kamehameha wave, the first one to appear in the series. Yamcha stated that he was building up all his energy and will release it in a single blast.

So it's energy from the user. If the users power level is blue the Kamehameha executed will also be blue. Same principle as for the Golden Kamehameha. So if Son Goku power level's energy is red inside the Super Saiyan 4 form then the Kamehameha will also be red. A simple logic, give me your thoughts.

Although this doesn't explain why usually the Kamehameha is blue, and when used by say Son Goku or Son Gohan is there Super Saiyan states while their aura is yellow, it doesn't produce a yellow one. Can you help me out here?

maybe in his ss4 form the huge amount of energy being created just distorts the color. Like a piece of steel, when its cold its dark in color, when you heat to up very hot it turns cherry red, then really hot damn near white. maybe the same thing is kinda happengin here

"10x kamehameha" is stupid name, it's just kamehameha full power , for example goku's kamehameha on ssj3 is stronger ???x than his kamehameha on ssj2 or ssj...

I think the blue delayed beam is the 10x Kamehameha that Goku used in the Baby Saga but later, he learned how to improve the effects of the attack to make the damage instant. That's when it became red. He learned how to use it more effectively. However, there were times when he fired a blue kamehameha that had instant effects, like when he killed Baby. I'm guessing that was a Super Kamehameha.
