just that goku fought more enmies in that form and was a ssj4 for more time so it makes him stronger...cmon vegeta cant even achieved that form without bulma

LOL! Ok then. "cmon", Vegeta needed the machine cause he didn't have a tail, it had nothing to do with his PL , seeing as how he was able to control all that energy, not to mention the training he did before hand. And Goku had only fought as a SSJ4 twice, before the dragons. Not really crazy battles all the time. He would have only been slightly stronger, if at all.

well even if slighty he stronger...no matter what he still wouldnt be able to turn into a ssj4 without the machine it was just cheating vegeta is nothing more then a ssj2

Super Sayajin 4 Goku is stronger than Super Sayajin 4 Vegeta. People definitely gave Super Sayajin 4 Goku energy, and he stated that he surpassed his limits. It's also implied that Vegeta did relatively nothing during Goku's training. However, that's up to fan interpretation, and it is not a stated fact.

Wrong actually, Super Saiyan 2 does't come into it.

Assuming Goku and Vegeta were similar in their base forms in terms of PL, the mutliplier for Golden Oozaru will be similar for both, which leads me to believe the Ssj4 PL will be similar too.

no becouse vegeta was weaker then goku when bulma turned him into a ssj4 then goku ...when he turned into a ssj4 his max was ss2 and gokus was ssj3

Even if Goku was stronger than Vegeta in their base, their Ssj2 and Ssj3 PLs have nothing to do with it. The Super Great Ape and the Ssj4 form mutipliers are on a whole different table to teh Ssj2 and Ssj3 multipliers.

Vegeta has been evil in the past before regardless of him being good, or pure good prior to the fusion. Son Goku has always been a pure hearted good warrior. Goodness always outweighs the bad, saying Son Goku's personality always will outweighs Vegeta's bad one.

Vegeta needed the machine cause he had no tail! Is that really hard for you to understand? It is not cheating. Cheating is when Vegeta got possessed by Babidi on purpose to gain more strength. Here we see Vegeta training while Goku and the others were fighting the dragons, and being able to control a great deal of power. But since Vegeta didn't have a tail, his only option was the Blutz Waves machine. When you only have one option, that rules out cheating.

but still he cant transform into a ssj4 without the machine so that level is like unrechable to him ....and goku is probbaly stronger by a bigger amount becouse he had a big fight with baby and was almost dead against super 17

You said it yourself, Goku had a big fight with Baby... except you left out Vegeta in that equation. That was Vegeta's body and everything that happened while Baby was in it physically affected Vegeta. So Vegeta was in the fight with Goku. Not only that but Vegeta fought Super 17, and if you remember was pretty close to death himself. If Goku didn't have a tail, SSJ4 would be unreachable to him too without the machine. Don't you understand the only difference is the tail, not some huge difference in PL's.
