Can Cell make the Spirit Bomb and them absorb (like Goku did in movie 7) to kill SSJ2 Kid Gohan????

How many fruit need Turles to became SSJ????

1. Gokuu did that in a non-canon Movie so I don't see how Seru could do it.

2. Who knows? The first fruit boosted him over 10-fold and the next one he chewed apparently didn't give him that kind of increase. Either way he'd need a pure heart to go Super Saiya-jin.

Yes, he can make one, but since he is not fully a super sayian I doudt he can do that.

I fixed it.
Like 1,000 or so, plus he needs the proper emotions to do so, which in the movie he lacked, and the pure of heart.

The Genki Dama probably wouldn't have been an effectual or amenable move to pull out in the long run out of the repetoire of moves (from the Zet Senshi, clearly) he commands, but I'm of the opinion that (Cell) he doesn't have every single assiduous technique of the cell's he's composed of in a genetic way. His tail, for an example, his distinguished to an entity along his nature.

As for Tullece, more than just the "fruit" would be needed to break the SS barrier, as there are emotional requisites amongst physical.

Turles can have the emotions, why not? Kinda like.. if some good guy keeps beating him up easily, then maybe he will become a SSj. He already has a pure heart... pure in evil, that is.

Bardock was non-canon at first, then Toriyama added him into the manga. So whose to say Cell couldn't have absorbed a Spirit Bomb just because it's a non-canon move?

Cell had stated he could form the Spirit Bomb, but canonically, you can't absorb the Spirit Bomb. :/ Non-canonically, it seems like Cell could somehow do it if Goku did it.

2. Goku clearly states in the manga that you can't go Super Saiyan
just by increasing your power level. But, basically, he only needs to
get past the approximate 1-2 million mark in order to achieve Super
Saiyan by either letting go of his evil nature or by embracing his evil
nature, and awakening his power through rage.

I don't think Turles can get stronger this way. I believe that eating the first fruit will raise a person's strength, but more fruit do not. The effect is temporary, so all the extra fruit do is keep the power high. As soon as he stops eating them, his strength will go back to normal.

Sure it is. When Turles ate the second fruit, he did not get any more powerful. And he certainly didn't have the body-buffing reaction that he got when he ate the first fruit.

Plus, if they stacked, he would have just gulped a six-pack of the things, and destroyed the universe instantly.

In fact, if they did stack, the gods that ate the fruit of the tree before Turles would have had infinite power levels and probably destroyed the universe themselves. The whole reason to have a renewable power source like a fruit-bearing tree is because the power is temporary.
