Who deserves another form?

If you could choose one person that is a Saiyajin, Half-Saiyajin or has Saiyajin blood, to get another form ( Ex: If they have SSJ they get SSJ2, or if they don't have anything they get SSJ) who would it be?

I for one would choose Turles. He would be awesome as a SSJ and would totally by Goku's rival. (Other than Vegeta)

King Vegeta could also make a nice canidate for SSJ. Although i can just here him bragging about it all the time. " I, your king, am a SSJ, I'm the strongest, I'm a legend, blah, blah, blah" I still like him though he's all the strength of vegeta + he's a noble guy that has honor.

Turles as a SS would be cool but I would definately give Vegeta SS3.

I thought about vegeta SSJ3 but since he already has SSJ4 he has no need for it. (BTW i don't support ssj4 as an actual ssj stage) Vegeta could just trans straight from base to Primal Saiyajin (name i'm giving ssj4) and kick butt. Give it to someone who really needs it man!

Well, Bardock would deserve Super Saiyan the most. He actually did something noble, unlike Turles and Raditz. Goten and Trunks don't deserve that much, because they slacked off for like 20 years. Gohan's a nerd, Vegeta has SSj4. Really, Bardock deserves Super Saiyan, at least.

Perfect Cell deserves the Oozaru form. To see one of the smartest villains turn into a blumbering idiot, but immensly power would be bliss. Though that would then remove the need of Bebi, and help destory Dragonball GT.

Well, these are all very good comments. From what I can see looking at this post is that most everyone agree's that Bardock really does Deserve it the most, I mean come on the guy works hard and still gets killed.

However, alot of people would like Turles to have it even though he doesn't really deserve it that much.

Also, Chi-Chi completely ruined Gohan, he's a frickin nerd. I hate you Chi Chi for everything you've ever ruined. What really doesn't make sense is that in GT ( part of Z I think too) she actually trained Goten herself. So what, give up on the talented awesome son and train the good for nothing lazy goten that basically never fights again?
