My definiton of transformation is a change in power level brought on by anything other than training, and the Saiyan ability to gain power after recovering form near death.

If anbody, Broly deserves another form. His exponential power would eventually let him reach LSSJ3 (which would come after LSSJ) or something along those lines. This would shut up everyone who makes him out to be a weakling.

King Cold should surpass both cooler and Freiza....but he doesn't. I think that he deserves another form as well. Majin buu has too many forms. One other person that I think deserves a form is Gohan, man....he should be able to go SSJ while in Mystic Form. That would rival the power of SSJ4.

It already does. He can't possibly be any stronger than he is, that's the entire point. Giving Gohan any other transformations is pointless. Truth be told, I don't think anybody needs any more transformations. Hell, far as I'm concerned, the Saiyans didn't need anything past SSJ, except Gohan, to represent his hidden potential.

None of the main villains needed another stage either... hrm. Humans just simply cannot transform. Piccolo is out, cause him transforming would be silly...

I guess in the end I think they should have had less transformations, not more. After the Freeza saga, the only heroic transformations I've agreed with at all are Gohan going SSJ2, Gohan becoming Mystic/Ultimate, and the Golden Oozaru, cause that's actually a cool idea.

Buu didn't really need so many transformations. Kid Buu at the very least was pretty much unnecessary, and I don't really think the visual changes were needed for his absorption transformations.

If I had to pick though, I'd end up choosing Majuub for a transformation, some sort of other throwback to Buu.
