This is just coloring you can watch anything and I bet you get two pictures of the same person but having something colored different. It means nothing, but bad or sloppy coloring.

The question was about the pants, not the socks lol, and his pants are the same. The blue socks might have something to do with his blue shirt when he's in base, who knows.

The only reason people don't like SSJ4 is because Toei sucks. They didn't make it fast enough, or skilled enough. It seemed like in every fight the SSJ4 was getting tossed around like a bitch. (Excluding Gogeta, he was fast AND powerful) but Toei made it suck. Personally, SSJ4 is my favorite form, and I like the way it looks too. I just have a problem with how Toei portrayed it. Toriyama would have done a much better job if he had been in charge of GT. But Budokai 3 made SSJ4 badass. That game was probably the best DBZ game so far.

True, but even when Goku had that power up and raped Syn Shenron, and when he owned Super Baby Vegeta 2, he just didn't look fast or agile enough. It was all brute strength with no skill. I can't even imagine SSJ4 Goku defeating Raditz. That's how bad Toei fucked up.

Well yeah, they made a lot of the fights look retarded...choreographically and animation-wise.
